Description

Doc’s Bar & Grill was opened to serve the folks in far south Abilene and Potosi. There was very little to do in our area when we first opened in 2020. We were the first bar and grill in the Potosi area.

We were opened by Victor, Hollie, Ben, & Sadie Hudman. It began as an idea in late 2018/early 2019 and soon blossomed into what is our thriving bar and grill today.
